A word from Keith

I teach with the mindset that the swing should be made with effortless power, not powerless effort. The difference between the two comes down to understanding the basics of the swing sequence.

While certain principles of the swing apply to all, differences in body type, height, weight, balance, flexibility, strength, and gender must be taken into consideration.

Bottom line: No two swings are the same, but all swings can be effective.

I look forward to working with you to find your best swing, to better enjoy this great game.
